
Robert Intile
CEO | PRESIDENT | DIRECTOR
Mr. Intile brings a diverse and impressive background in management and sales to his role. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Business Development at Superbox Inc., a publicly-listed company on the OTC Markets. In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Intile has played key leadership roles, having served as a Director and Chairman of the Toronto Dominion Bank Friends of the Environment Foundation’s local chapter.
Mr. Intile boasts a successful track record in fundraising, notably with a company that later evolved into First Choice Products Inc. Presently, he is a valued team member at a multinational firm, which acts as a contractor for British Columbia’s transit authority. Mr. Intile’s commitment to professional development is underscored by his completion of the Public Companies Financing, Governance, and Compliance course at Simon Fraser University.

Peter Hoyle
CFO | DIRECTOR
Mr. Hoyle currently serves as the CEO and CFO of Argo Living Soils. He brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as President of Antler Oil & Gas Development, a role he has held since 2006.
Peter has made significant contributions to the agricultural sector, particularly in pesticide development. He held a pioneer sales functions serving the crop protection industry. He has also provided market development consulting services to a variety of companies over the last two decade. His consulting experience includes several leading chemical companies: Dow Chemical, Recochem Inc., Sialco, DPL Services, C&N Ethanol, Whole Energy, Lower Mainland BioDiesel, Fuel-X, and United Petroleum(now part of Parkland Fuel).
Before his current roles, Peter was a Senior Account Manager in Chemicals at Imperial Oil for over ten years. In this position, he managed sales and collaborated with a number of clients in their new product development programs across Western Canada, the Pacific Northwest of the United States, and Alaska.

Scott Smale
DIRECTOR
Scott Smale has 35 years of experience in design, construction and project management for large commercial construction projects. Mr. Smale has worked in Canada and USA as a tradesman, commercial superintendent, high-rise structural superintendent and now a Construction Manager for large-scale commercial projects, including several Costco warehouses and Vancouver Center II. Mr. Smale has provided his services as a construction technology instructor for the government of Saskatchewan.
Mr. Smale has extensive technical construction knowledge and experience ranging from project design to development. His knowledge base includes mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural disciplines as used in managing large-scale construction. Mr. Smale’s main structural component knowledge strength is in concrete construction, including additive analysis and concrete mix design used in the construction industry. Mr. Smale has multi-sector experience in construction, mining, oil and gas, and is talented in identifying different industry equipment/processes to solve project-specific problems for advancing development.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohamad Amran Bin Mohd Salleh

Prof. Madya Dr. Mohamad Amran Bin Mohd Salleh, PhD (Chem Eng), Dr. Amran Salleh is the President of the Biochar Malaysian Association and earned his PhD from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2003. He served as the Former Deputy Director of the Foundation Center for Agriculture at UPM and previously led the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at UPM. His expertise will significantly enhance our strategic initiatives in the region.

Hector Diakow
SPECIAL ADVISOR
Mr. Diakow is a multi-disciplined consultant and entrepreneur having held positions ranging from bookkeeper to business manager, labourer to site coordinator and directing advertising sales and marketing. With an education background in the Sciences, Business administration and Community development, he has been involved with publicly traded, privately funded, not for profit and charitably funded groups and companies spanning heavy industry, construction, natural resources, media, corporate and leisure events and sports organizations.
Mr. Diakow has worked for various mineral exploration companies as a geophysical and geochemical technician, field manager and camp manager. From 2009 to 2011 he worked as a camp manager for Redstar Gold Corp. In 2012, Mr. Diakow was employed as a geochemical and geophysical field technician with Burnstone Resources Ltd.
From 2014 to 2016 he worked with various entities in the event industry as an event technician and logistics operator. Between 2018 and 2020 he worked with Great Bear Resources Ltd., acting as a field program coordinator and providing bookkeeping and administrative services support.
